I just want to let you know that I listened to your CD while driving to a show, just as you recommend, and I found it remarkably helpful and informative. Even after sixteen years of doing shows I still have more to learn and I found a lot of useful information, specific advice, and pointers on "people skills" on the CD. When the show began I felt more focused on my tasks, and more aware of how well I was using my time during business hours. I felt more confident and relaxed and guess what?
