I bought the two CD set on Customer Service/Sales and Booth Display, after several recommendations on a forum. I just started selling my handmade handbags at craft shows, and since I despise selling, usually left the sales to my helpers, while I hung back. I discovered, through the CD, that many things I was doing, I was doing right, but there were also many things I wasn't doing, or doing wrong. The Customer Service & Sales CD has given me the confidence and knowledge to actively take part in the selling game.
