"I just had to write and let you know how much I''ve enjoyed listening to your tape "Be a Dynamic Craft Seller." You have no idea how much it has impacted my craft business. I took your seminar on booth construction through the League of New Hampshire Craftsmen earlier this year. I purchased your tape on selling at the seminar. I have always dreaded doing craft shows, and hated selling my work. However, after hearing your seminar, I decided it was time to really get serious about my work. I have narrowed my work down to one style of polymer clay jewelry and my fiber wall hangings. This August, I participated in the League''s annual crafts fair at Sunapee, NH. This was my first year in the league and my first major show, so I figured I would do "trial by fire" using your sales techniques. I just want to let you know that I listened to your CD while driving to a show, just as you recommend, and I found it remarkably helpful and informative. Even after sixteen years of doing shows I still have more to learn and I found a lot of useful information, specific advice, and pointers on "people skills" on the CD. When the show began I felt more focused on my tasks, and more aware of how well I was using my time during business hours. I felt more confident and relaxed and guess what?
